Our Young Adult Ministry (also affectionately known as ‘YAM’) is a community for college students and young adults navigating life’s transitions while seeking God’s calling in their lives. We spend time together weekly in fellowship as we share meals, study God’s word, and pray for each other.
Our YAM is co-ed, with young adults gathering weekly to cook dinner together, break the ice, study the Bible and/or share prayer requests. We meet on Thursday evenings at a Church member’s home, so please reach out to Ricky or Cayla for location information!
Join us as we hang out in different settings aside from our usual Bible studies! Our activities include escape rooms, bowling, game nights, or having casual sports days.
The best way to dive into our YAM community is to reach out to our directors, Ricky or Cayla Shan. They’d love to welcome you and make sure you have a great experience!
YAM is for anyone that is 18+! We encourage you to join us one week and see how you like it. Even if you’re past your twenties, you’re still welcome at YAM! Please feel free to reach out. If you are married, we would love to direct you to our family life group instead.
The best way is to reach out to Ricky or Cayla, and they’ll get you connected to attend YAM for the first time and stay in the loop for future gatherings and hangouts.
Yes! We always try to cook dinner together in a clean environment and have members dedicated to planning out dinner to kick off our gatherings. It’s completely free and you are always welcome to join us.
