NextGen Kids

NextGen Kids is what we call our children’s ministry for kids from birth to 5th grade. Your kids will experience exciting activities, inspiring Bible lessons, and a loving community that helps them grow in their faith. It’s a place where they can discover God’s love in a way that’s both meaningful and fun.

Preschool (2 - 5 years)

Young children explore Bible stories in dramatic and engaging ways. Our goal is to show every child that God loves them!

Elementary (K - 5th Grade)

Elementary-aged children connect with God through worship, games, and engaging lessons that are meaningful to their everyday lives. These experiences help them apply God's Word in situations at school, at home, and with their friends.

Easter Sunday

Come celebrate Easter Sunday with us! We will have an egg-hunt, 12 craft stations “Journey to the Cross”, Raffle, Family Photos and yummy treats!

Easter Performance Rehearsal

We are excited to invite your child to join our Kids' Choir for a special Easter performance! This is a wonderful opportunity for children to participate in a joyful celebration of the Easter season through music.

Mother’s Day

At Nextgen Kids, we love and value our moms! Join us for lunch at 12:15pm as we appreciate the moms with a gift basket and a special craft from the kids.

July 25-27 (Fri. evening to Sun. morning)

2025 Regen Retreat

We’re taking VBS to Camp Copass this year! Join us as we adventure into the wild to learn about God and the wonders of His creation.

Safety

We have an amazing team of NextGen Kids Leaders who are background-checked and thoroughly trained to create a safe and welcoming environment. Children and parents receive matching printed name tags and pick-up tags to ensure their safety when checking in and checking out. Parents are welcome to visit a NextGen Kids experience anytime to see what we’re all about!

  • Do volunteers receive background checks?

    Yes, every staff member and volunteer with access to minors undergoes comprehensive background and reference checks, which are regularly updated. Individuals who may pose a risk to children, youth, or vulnerable adults are not allowed to work in any ministry involving these groups.

  • Who will be teaching my children?

    We have wonderful leaders at NextGen Kids that are background checked and trained by our Church leaders/pastors. Each of them work hard to create a warm atmosphere where parents can confidently leave their kids while they are attending service, or can feel free to stop by a NextGen Kids experience to see what it’s all about!

  • What is the check-in procedure?

    Upon arrival, both children and parents are given matching printed name tags and pick-up tags to ensure safety within NextGen Kids. The child's name tag includes their age group, any allergies, and a security code that matches the parent's pick-up tag. A parent pick-up tag is required to check out a child from a NextGen Kids environment.

  • What do the kids learn?

    Every lesson is Bible-based to help children develop a love for God's Word, discover what the Bible says, and learn how to apply that truth to their lives.

  • Do you offer anything for children with special needs?

    Yes! We strive to create a welcoming environment for all children. If your child has specific needs or requires additional support, please contact us before your visit so we can best serve your child.

  • How can I get involved in NextGen Kids?

    We’d love for you to get involved! Whether you want to volunteer as a teacher, helper, or support the team in other ways, we welcome your help. Please contact the NextGen Kids ministry leader to learn about available opportunities.

  • How can I stay updated on events and activities in Regen Kids?

    Stay connected by signing up for our email newsletter, following us on social media, or checking the Regen Kids section on our church website for the latest announcements and events.

  • What is the policy if my child needs me during service?

    If your child needs you during the service, we will contact you via text or the number you provided at check-in. We want to ensure both you and your child have a positive and comfortable experience.
